This Disclosure and Consent to Electronic Communication (“Consent”) applies to all communications related to your loan or debt-related transactions with USA Lending (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and our Lending Partners, their service providers, and other related partners (collectively, the “Company”). By consenting, you agree to receive all communications related to your loan, debt, and associated transactions electronically, as described below.

1. Scope of Communications Covered by Consent

By providing your consent, you agree that we may provide you with the following categories of communications in electronic format:

  • Loan applications, agreements, disclosures, terms, and conditions
  • Privacy policies and other notices required by law
  • Monthly billing statements, payment reminders, and account statements
  • Notices of changes to your loan terms or debt obligations
  • All regulatory and legal disclosures required by federal or state law, including those mandated by the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and others

  • Other electronic methods as may be necessary from time to time

You agree to keep your email address and other contact information current to ensure you receive all Electronic Communications.

3. Paper Copies of Electronic Communications
